We call to confirm your date. Until then, it is not booked.

Before your clean

  • You pay after the clean, by cash, bank draft or e-transfer.
  • You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the clean. After that, a booking can't be cancelled. You can move the date up to 6 hours before the clean.
  • Before the visit, leave us the keys, the building fob and a visitor parking pass. If we clean inside the fridge or the cabinets, empty them first.
