What does a move-in or move-out clean include?

A move clean is a deep clean of an empty home, with the closets and storage included. A move-out clean is $349 and a move-in clean is $399, each for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST.

Move-out is the leaner clean, with the appliance interiors as add-ons you pick. Move-in includes the oven, fridge and cabinet interiors and wall spot cleaning, so you can unpack straight away. A balcony or patio and interior windows are add-ons on either clean.

How much does a move-in or move-out clean cost?

Move-out cleaning costs $349 and move-in cleaning $399, for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST. Smaller homes: move-out from $299. Your bedroom and bathroom count and any add-ons change the total, and a home over 1,000 sq ft gets an exact quote. A heavily soiled home can add $50 to a move clean.

Where can I book a move-in or move-out clean?

You can book a move-in or move-out clean in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver and Langley. Why is a move-in clean priced higher than a move-out clean?

A move-in clean includes more work. Both are priced for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST, and move-in adds the appliance interiors and wall spot cleaning to the price, where move-out sells the appliance interiors as add-ons.

What can change the price?

Your bedroom and bathroom count, a home over 1,000 sq ft and the add-ons you pick all change the price.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. We need clear access instructions. A lockbox, a concierge or a property manager all work.

Which add-ons can I add to a move clean?

Interior windows and tracks at $10 per window and a balcony or patio at $75 go on either clean. On a move-out you can also add inside the oven at $30, inside the fridge at $30 and inside the cabinets at $20. A move-in already includes those three.

Can I book move-out and move-in together?

Yes. Booking both takes 15% off both cleans: $635.80 for the pair against $748 booked apart, each for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST. Tell us both addresses and both dates on the request.

Is there a discount for a first booking?

Yes, on move cleans: $20 off your first move clean if you tick 'First-time customer' when you request a date. It comes off after any percentage discount, and the regular and deep prices do not carry it.

What should I do before a move clean?

Before the visit, leave us the keys, the building fob and a visitor parking pass. If we clean inside the fridge or the cabinets, empty them first. A move-in clean always includes inside both. On a move-out clean, inside the fridge and inside the cabinets are add-ons you pick.

Is carpet cleaning included?

Vacuuming is included. Carpet steam cleaning is not priced yet, so ask us and we will tell you what is possible.

What if the walkthrough finds something we missed?

If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we come back once to put it right. If a landlord, a buyer or a property manager flags something, send us their list and we work from it.
