Four home cleans at a flat price, from $180 for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST. Recurring plans and quoted work follow.
Regular, deep, move-out and move-in cleans each have a flat price, and a recurring plan is the regular price less its frequency discount. Commercial, rental, specialty and on-call work is quoted, because the cost depends on the site and the schedule.
Regular House Cleaning
Regular house cleaning covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors on every visit, including counters, sinks, the stovetop, toilets, showers, mirrors, vacuuming and mopping.

Deep Cleaning
A deep clean is a regular clean plus 17 more tasks, including baseboards, door frames, window sills and tracks, tile grout, the range hood and detailed dusting.

- Scrub bathroom surfaces in detail
Move-in / Move-out Cleaning
A move clean is a deep clean of an empty home, with the closets and storage included.

Which clean do I need?
Regular: for a home that is already clean and needs to stay that way. Deep: for a first visit, or a home that has not had a detailed clean in a while. Move-out: for an empty home you are handing back to a landlord, an agent or a buyer. Move-in: for a home you are taking over and want clean before you unpack.
How much does each clean cost?
For 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST, a regular clean is $180, a deep clean $299, a move-out clean $349 and a move-in clean $399. Smaller homes: deep from $249, move-out from $299. Add-ons such as inside the oven, inside the fridge and interior windows are priced separately.
What does a deep clean add to a regular clean?
A deep clean adds 17 tasks to a regular clean, including baseboards, door frames, window sills and tracks, bathroom grout and detailed dusting. Add any 3 of inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets and interior windows & tracks to a deep clean, and 10% comes off your whole total.
Why is a move-in clean priced higher than a move-out clean?
A move-in clean includes more work. Both are priced for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST, and move-in adds the appliance interiors and wall spot cleaning to the price, where move-out sells the appliance interiors as add-ons.
Is a recurring clean cheaper?
Yes. A regular clean on a schedule is 20% off weekly, 15% every two weeks and 10% monthly. Recurring discounts apply to regular cleans only.
Which services are quoted on request?
Recurring Commercial Cleaning, Airbnb & Rental Cleaning, Specialty Cleaning and On-Call Cleaning are quoted on request, because the price depends on the space, the schedule and the access. Regular, deep, move-out and move-in cleans have flat prices.
Is GST included?
GST is added on top of every price on this site.
Is there anything you don't clean?
We don't take on blinds, mould or mildew removal, pest or insect cleanup, human or animal waste, fragile or high-value items, moving heavy furniture or high places that need a ladder. Ask us if you are unsure about a job.
