Questions before you book
Why is specialty cleaning quoted separately?
The work depends on the site condition, the surface, the equipment needed and the hours. A quote from photos or a walkthrough is more accurate than a list price for this kind of job.
Do you do post-construction cleaning?
Yes, light to detailed post-construction dust, by quote. Heavy debris removal and hazardous material are outside our scope unless we review them first.
Is carpet cleaning part of a regular clean?
No. A regular clean vacuums the carpets. Carpet shampooing, steam cleaning and stain treatment are quoted on their own.
Do you clean exterior windows?
It depends on access and height, and we review it for safety before we quote it. Anything that needs a ladder is not offered.
