For 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST, a regular clean is $180, a deep clean $299, a move-out clean $349 and a move-in clean $399. Smaller homes: deep from $249, move-out from $299. Add-ons such as inside the oven, inside the fridge and interior windows are priced separately.

Your bedroom and bathroom count, a home over 1,000 sq ft and the add-ons you pick. Each extra bedroom: regular +$30 · deep +$50 · move-out and move-in +$60. Each extra bathroom: +$50. On a move clean, heavy soiling can add $50.

GST is added on top of every price on this site.

A regular clean on a schedule is 20% off weekly, 15% every two weeks and 10% monthly. Add any 3 of inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets and interior windows & tracks to a deep clean, and 10% comes off your whole total. Booking move-out and move-in together takes 15% off both. $20 off your first move clean if you tick 'First-time customer' when you request a date.

No. We bring standard cleaning products and equipment to every visit. If you want us to use your own products, leave them out and tell us before the appointment.

Every day, 9am–9pm, weekends included. Other times can be arranged.

You pay after the clean, by cash, bank draft or e-transfer. Nothing is paid when you send a request or when we confirm the date. The amount is the flat price for your home and the add-ons you picked, plus GST.

You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the clean. After that, a booking can't be cancelled. You can move the date up to 6 hours before the clean. Call or text (604) 312-3096 to cancel or to pick a new date.

We don't take on blinds, mould or mildew removal, pest or insect cleanup, human or animal waste, fragile or high-value items, moving heavy furniture or high places that need a ladder. Ask us if you are unsure about a job.
