We clean offices, studios, clinics and small retail spaces across Metro Vancouver, BC, weekly, every two weeks or on a schedule you set. Commercial cleaning is quoted on request from your floor plan, washroom count, floor type and opening hours, and the quote comes back in writing.

Where can I book commercial cleaning?
You can book commercial cleaning in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver and Langley. Questions before you book
Do you clean after business hours?
Yes, often. We work 9am–9pm every day, and other times can be arranged. It depends on the location and how we get into the building after hours.
Do you clean restaurants?
We clean dining rooms, washrooms and general areas. Kitchen exhaust hoods, grease traps and other regulated kitchen cleaning need a licensed specialist, so we do not take them on.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
The price is based on square footage, how often we come, the washroom count, the floor type and whether we work during or after your opening hours.
Can we set our own checklist?
Yes. We build the checklist around your space and your priorities, and it becomes the task list the crew works from on every visit.
