Is a regular clean priced by the hour or as a flat price?
A regular clean has one flat price: $180 for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST. The price stays the same whether the visit takes two hours or three. Add-ons such as inside the oven change the total only when you pick them.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean covers the surfaces you use every day. A deep clean adds 17 tasks, including baseboards, door frames, window sills and tracks, bathroom grout and detailed dusting, and costs $299 for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST.
What happens if my home is dirtier than usual?
The flat price covers the same task list on a messy week. If the home has not had a deep clean in a while, book one first at $299 for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST, then keep it up with regular visits.
What is not included in a regular clean?
Deep-clean tasks are not part of a regular clean. Add-ons cost extra: inside the oven $30, inside the fridge $30, inside the cabinets $20, interior windows $10 per window, and loading the dishwasher, changing the bed sheets or loading laundry $20 each.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes. We bring standard cleaning products and equipment to every visit. If you would rather we used your own products, leave them out and tell us before the appointment.
Do I need to prepare anything before the cleaners arrive?
Clear dishes, laundry and clutter off the counters and floors before we arrive. The crew can then spend the visit cleaning the rooms on the task list for your home.
Can I ask for specific rooms only?
Yes. Tell us which rooms matter most and we do those first. The price stays the same, because it is set by your bedroom and bathroom count.
Is GST included in the price?
No. GST is added on top of every price on this site. Compare our price with another company's quote before tax, so the two numbers mean the same thing.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we come back once to put it right. Call or text the number on this page, tell us which room and what was left, and we arrange the return visit at no charge.
