A deep clean is a regular clean plus 17 more tasks, including baseboards, door frames, window sills and tracks, tile grout, the range hood and detailed dusting. The flat price is $299 for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST.
Inside the oven, fridge and cabinets are add-ons you pick when you request a date. We clean under and behind appliances only where they can be moved safely.

How much does a deep clean cost?
Deep cleaning costs $299 for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST. Smaller homes: deep from $249. Your bedroom and bathroom count and any add-ons change the total, and a home over 1,000 sq ft gets an exact quote.
What does a deep clean reach that a regular clean does not?
Window sills, frames and tracks
Wipe down window sills and clean window frames and tracks.
Bathroom detail
Scrub bathroom surfaces in detail and scrub tile grout, detail the shower door tracks, clean the exhaust fan cover and bathroom cabinet exteriors, and wipe around the toilet base.
Kitchen detail
Degrease the range hood and filter, clean the backsplash and wipe all kitchen cabinet exteriors.
Detailed dusting
Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures and the surfaces a regular visit passes over.

Where can I book a deep clean?
You can book a deep clean in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver and Langley. Questions before you book
When is a deep clean the right choice?
Book a deep clean for a first visit with us, after a renovation, or when the home has not had a detailed clean in a while. After that, a regular clean at $180 for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST keeps it clean.
What if the home turns out to be worse than it looked?
The flat price covers the task list for your home, whatever its condition. If a job outside that list comes up, we ask you before we start it and tell you the add-on price if there is one.
Do you clean behind the fridge and stove?
Yes, when they sit on wheels or feet and can be moved safely. We do not lift or unhook anything that could damage floors, hoses or lines, and heavy furniture stays where it is on every clean.
Which add-ons can I put on a deep clean, and what do they cost?
Inside the oven and inside the fridge are $30 each, inside cabinets is $20, interior windows and tracks are $10 per window, and loading the dishwasher or changing the bed sheets is $20 each. Add any 3 of inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets and interior windows & tracks to a deep clean, and 10% comes off your whole total.
Is carpet steam cleaning part of a deep clean?
No. Vacuuming is included, and carpet steam cleaning is not priced yet. Ask us and we will tell you what is possible for your carpet.
Do deep cleans get the recurring discount?
No. The weekly, biweekly and monthly discounts apply to regular cleans only. A deep clean has its own saving: 10% off the whole total with 3 or more of the bundle add-ons.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes. We bring standard cleaning products and equipment at no extra charge. If a product has to be avoided in your home, tell us before the appointment and we work around it.
What if something is missed?
If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we come back once to put it right. Walk the rooms with the deep cleaning checklist and tell us which task was missed.
