How much does house cleaning cost in Surrey and Langley?

What does a flat price cover?

A flat price covers every task on the list for that clean. A regular clean is $180 for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST. It covers the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the living areas and the floors. The price stays the same if a room takes longer.

Standard supplies come with the visit. Each service page lists every task room by room and marks it as included or as an add-on. It also lists the jobs we do not take on, and each add-on shows its price beside it.

GST is added on top of every price on this site.

How is a flat price different from an hourly quote?

An hourly quote gives you a rate, and the amount you pay is set once the work is done. A flat price is set first. You see the price for your home and the price of each add-on on the page, and those are the prices on the day of the clean.

When you compare an hourly quote with ours, ask whether the rate is per cleaner or per team. Ask if there is a minimum charge, and what happens to unfinished tasks when the paid time ends. Our regular clean is $180 for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST, with the task list beside it.

What changes the price of my clean?

The clean you pick sets the starting price: regular $180, deep $299, move-out $349 or move-in $399, each for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST. Each extra bedroom or bathroom adds a set amount, and a home over 1,000 sq ft gets an exact quote.

The add-ons you choose come last, and each one shows its price before you pick it.

Is house cleaning cheaper in Surrey or in Langley?

No. Surrey and Langley pay the same flat prices. A regular clean is $180 for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST in both cities, and a deep clean is $299. What changes the price for one address is the home itself: its bedrooms, its bathrooms and the add-ons you pick.

Count every bathroom when you enter your home in the estimator, including a powder room or one in a basement suite. If a suite has its own kitchen, or the building needs an elevator booked, tell us when you request a date.

How do I pay less for the same clean?

Book a regular clean on a schedule. Weekly visits are 20% off, every two weeks is 15% off and monthly is 10% off. At the weekly rate, a regular clean for 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST drops from $180 to $144 a visit.

There are two other savings. On a deep clean, picking 3 or more of inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets and interior windows & tracks takes 10% off the total. Booking move-out and move-in together takes 15% off both, so the pair costs $635.80, down from $748. On a first move-out or move-in clean, tick 'First-time customer' when you request a date and $20 more comes off.

Each discount belongs to one clean. Recurring rates are for the regular clean, the bundle for the deep clean and the combo for the move cleans. The estimator shows each rate as its own line, and the $20 comes off only when you tick the box.

What happens if something is missed?

If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we come back once to put it right. There is no form to fill in and no fee for the return visit. Call or text the same number you booked on, tell us which room and what was left, and we arrange the touch-up.

Telling us early is what makes it work. A day after the visit we can still see what you are describing. A month later, in a home that has been lived in since, nobody can.

Each service page lists the tasks for that clean room by room. A task marked "not included" is a job you can add at the price shown next to it.
