When do cleaning add-ons apply, and what do they cost?

What counts as an add-on?

A job is an add-on when most homes do not need it on most visits. The add-ons are inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside the cabinets, interior windows and tracks, the balcony, loading the dishwasher, changing bed sheets and loading laundry. Each has a price, so you decide on the page what to add.

Which of the eight you can pick depends on the clean. A regular, deep or move-out clean sells the appliance interiors as add-ons; a move-in clean already includes them in its price. Interior windows are sold on every clean, and the balcony or patio on the two move cleans only.

What does each add-on cost?

Inside the oven and inside the fridge are $30 each and inside cabinets is $20 on a regular, deep or move-out clean; on a move-in clean all three are included. Interior windows and tracks are $10 per window, loading the dishwasher or changing the bed sheets is $20, and a balcony or patio on a move clean is $75.

The table gives the full grid. A cell that says "Included" means the job is already in that clean and costs nothing extra. "Not included" means we do not sell it with that clean at all.

Two of them work differently from the rest. Interior windows and tracks are charged per window, so count the windows you want done before you add them. Laundry is the one add-on with a condition: there has to be a machine in the home, because we do not take laundry off site.

We do not clean blinds on any service.

Why is inside the oven an add-on on a regular clean but included on a move-in clean?

Because a move-in clean is for an empty home you are about to live in, and nobody wants to unpack around an oven somebody else cooked in. The oven, the fridge and the cabinet interiors are in that price for that reason, along with wall spot cleaning.

A move-out clean works the other way. A handover that needs only a basic clean should not pay for appliance interiors, so the oven at $30, the fridge at $30 and the cabinets at $20 stay add-ons. The closets and storage are in its price either way.

A regular clean follows the same logic. Not every household wants the oven done every visit, so it stays an add-on and the regular price stays lower.

That is why the prices sit apart. For 2 bed · 2 bath · up to 1,000 sq ft + GST, a regular clean is $180, a move-out clean $349 with the closets and storage included, and a move-in clean $399 with the appliance interiors as well.

Can add-ons make the total lower?

On a deep clean, yes. Pick 3 or more of inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets and interior windows & tracks and 10% comes off the whole total, base included, so the fourth one costs less than its listed price. The estimator shows the discount as its own line.

The move cleans have two savings of their own. Booking move-out and move-in together takes 15% off both: $635.80 for the pair, against $748 booked apart. On a first move-out or move-in clean, tick 'First-time customer' when you request a date and a flat $20 comes off after that.

Recurring discounts apply to the regular clean only, from 10% off monthly up to 20% off weekly. The estimator shows each rate as you pick, so you see the effect before you commit.

Which jobs do you quote on request?

Carpet steam cleaning has no price on this site. Vacuuming is part of every clean, and steam cleaning depends on the carpet, so ask us and we will tell you what is possible. Post-construction dust, floor scrubbing and exterior window work are quoted after we see the site, because that price follows surface and equipment.

How do I add one without making a phone call?

Use the estimator. Pick the clean, your bedroom and bathroom count, your home size and the add-ons you want, and the total updates as you go. No name, email or phone number is needed to see the price, and every add-on price is listed before you pick it.

If you decide on one after booking, tell us before the visit and we add it at the same price. Asking on the day is fine too, though what we can fit in then depends on the rest of the schedule.

If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we come back once to put it right. That covers an add-on you paid for as much as anything in the standard list.
